I realise I am in a fortunate position to be able to buy one of these, but if you are able, buy it!

Took it for out for the first time this weekend to the local patch at Carlingnose Pt. I was blown away by the sharp, bright image even when the zoom was ramped up to 70x. The last two weekends have been pretty quiet here, both had some nice bright, crisp weather but only some very light vis mig, a few woodpigeon, finches. A Raven showed really well at Carlingnose Point last weekend, not a commonly encountered bird here.
