De Villa Forest, Fife.

Never been in here before. I was pleasantly surprised by the high ratio of Scots Pine to other trees plus some Larch and Birch in the Mix. Couldn't find any Crossbills though. I did find a decent flock of 40ish Redpoll but just couldn't close enough to sort through them.
Also something of a Novelty were a Green Woodpecker and 4 Jay. You have to to seek these out up here compared to South of the Border.
