Back in N Lincs last week doing some surveys. Could well be the last time I come here as it sounds as though the rest of the year I'm going to be spending my time in Argyll and Bute (Which will be nice)
If it is the last time I come here then it wasn't a bad week to go out on. The 9th was a good day with a migrant Osprey flying through and a cracking male Ring Ouzel that came in from the East and then commenced feeding on the nearest thing to a hill in the vicinity; a vegetated spoil heap.
Other nice stuff included my first 2 Yellow Wags of the year on 10th, up to 3 different Marsh Harriers and 15 Corn Bunting territories.
