More from our recent Caribbean Cruise-
I started with the species that were endemic to St Lucia, these pics are of species with a more widespread distribution in the West Indies, although more than exotic enough for a first time visitor to this part of the world like me..

Good name, good looking bird-the bananaquit is a common resident throughout the W.Indies

Grey Kingbird-this tyrant flycatcher is common is throughout the W.Indies, 

Male Antillean Crested Hummingbird- Common resident from Lesser Antilles north to British Virgin Islands.

Male Lesser Antillean Bullfinch-as it name implies, restricted to the chain of Islands known as the Lesser Antilles.
