Today at Carlingnose Point.

Generally the same sort of visible migration as in previous days, mipits, Grey Wags. Had this feeling that it might alright for some skuas today but that feeling was wrong.
The highlight was good views of 2 migrating  Great Northern Diver, one went inland, the other thought about it but turned back. Surprisingly only one Red-throated Diver was seen, normally I get a small autumn passage of GND's when there are busy days for Red-throated Diver.

GND'S seem to have a tendency to fly with their bills open
