Last week..
I was working down in Lincolnshire. The highlight was a female Hen Harrier hunting at close range for about five minutes. A Green Sandpiper was seen dropping into a ditch and a bit of visible migration with 103 Meadow Pipits passing north on one of the days. Also of interest were at least 4 pairs of Rook building nests on pylons. Not something I've seen before. BWP dosen't mention it but I found a few instances during an internet search, not many though.
With increasing day light length, some extra curricula activity was possible and a visit to Blacktoft Sands produced 4 Avocet-long time since I've seen any of these. A scarcity in Scotland, now for one on the pools at Letham, Fife.

Talking of Letham, Fife...
Checked it this morning. Still early days this far North, but it certainly felt spring like with displaying Lapwing and Redshank. Probably just a week too early for a Sand Martin or a LRP.

Goosander taken at Letham this morning, the rest taken at Blacktoft.
