Last Sunday May 12th...

An arrival of Wood Sandpipers with up to 4 at the Wilderness sent me on a 'Central Fife Wetland Tour'. There were no Wood Sands at the Wilderness but I did locate 2 at Angle Park gravel pit along with 3 Black-tailed Godwit. Other wetland sites didn't have any passage waders but a smart White Wagtail was a Luthrie.

This week I was lucky to be out on surveys in beautiful weather with summer visitors back on territory including Whinchat in Dumfries and Galloway and Redstart and Spotted Flycatcher in the Highlands.
